New York’s Well-known Searching Districts :

The Delano is known for its gorgeous Philippe Stark design and all-night parties, but the stunning white-sand beach is no less impressive. It has an all-white decor of umbrellas and loungers, food and drink service, and a lifeguard.

2. Ipanema Beach Rio de Janero, Brazil :

Yes, the beach made famous by the song! Actually, Ipanema became famous in the 1970s when women first started wearing tangas (precursor to today’s thong bathing suit) on its shores. That atmosphere of freedom is still alive and well in Rio de Janero. It is a city full of life and is more than tolerant of self expression – on the beach or off. Topless sunbathing is common and thongs are still the preferred beachwear. If you want to let your hair down and show off your hard work at the gym, Rio is the place to do it.

3. Sanur Beach, Bali :

Sanur Beach Bali

Bali is known as the Island of the Gods, and thanks to the film, Eat, Pray, Love, which highlighted the culture, travelers are starting to understand why. Sanur Beach is Bali’s first developed tourism destination, and combines the amenities of a tourist locale with the culture of a traditional village. Here, you’ll find an array of fine dining establishments, luxury hotels, and unique shops alongside ancient temples, art museums, and historic monuments. Plus, you’ll want to enjoy the warmth of the ocean waves, which reach temperatures of nearly 90 degrees.

4. Hanalei Bay Beach Kauai, Hawaii :

If picturesque is what you are looking for in a sunbathing experience, then Hanalei Bay Beach is a must-see. A near perfect semi-circle of white sand is surrounded by a backdrop of waterfalls and gorgeous mountains stretching up past the clouds. While it can get crowded, especially during the winter when the surfing is excellent, you won’t find a more stunning view to gaze at while tanning anywhere in the world.

5. Arambol, Goa, India :

Arambol, Goa, India

There ain’t nothing worse than some fool lying on some third world beach wearing spandex, psychedelic trousers, smoking damn dope pretending he’s gettin’ consciousness expansion,” sang Alabama 3 on their hilarious Ain’t Going to Goa. Indeed Goa certainly divides opinion. For some it is the holy grail of hippy hedonism for others it represents the worst excesses of modern travel. Arambol, the state’s northernmost beach has its share of ageing hippies and seasonal expats, but the spectacular, sweeping stretch of sand is so beautiful it wins over even the most jaded and cynical of travellers. It is so vast that it´s easy to find your own private corner of sand. Around the rocky headland there is another beach where you can walk for miles without coming across a soul, or hang out at the freshwater lake backed by a small jungle. Old-timers will tell you the original hippies would sometimes get a nasty surprise here from the odd wild tiger.

The beach itself is gorgeous, but just the view of the Atlantic from the top of the rocks makes one dizzy.

8. Horseshoe Bay Beach Southampton Parish, Bermuda :

Horseshoe Bay Beach Southampton Parish, Bermuda is a child-friendly North Atlantic Ocean option as it has a lifeguard during the popular season. It is popular among photographers for its pink sands and turquoise waters.

9. Barafundle Bay beach in Britain :

Just choosing one Welsh beach location is to risk insulting this country’s stunning coastline, so we’ll make it a good one. Barafundle Bay on the Pembrokeshire coast is spellbinding. You have to walk along a cliff path from nearby Stackpole Quay and through a stone archway to find it, but once you do, you’ll feel you’ve passed through some sort of mythical, mind-cleansing portal.

10. Bamburgh Beach in Britain :

A good beach needs some element of drama, and they don’t come much more dramatic than towering Bamburgh Castle looming from its craggy perch above the Northumberland coast. More drama is close by at Holy Island, accessed by a low-tide causeway leading to ancient Lindisfarne Priory and more deserted, golden beaches.
